How the health check works
The health check is carried out by a health consultant from Champions, an external partner. The conversation is one-on-one, and you take all your results home in your own booklet.
We measure your blood pressure, take a finger-prick test of your cholesterol and measure your body composition on an advanced scale. We then go through each result together, so you understand what it means for your health.
The guidance is based on your situation. If the test shows elevated cholesterol, for example, you'll get concrete advice on how to lower it and reduce the long-term risk. If your numbers look fine but you'd like to work on your body fat percentage, we'll talk about that instead. You decide what we spend the time on.

Ergonomics
In addition to the health check, we come by for an ergonomic review of your working posture. We look at how you sit, your screen height and the habits that create tension in your neck, shoulders and back — and adjust it on the spot.
