At Champions, we comply with all GDPR regulations in terms of protecting user safety.
Our experience over the past 13+ years is that people want to leave the room with something in their hands, which is why we get the best feedback when a physical health check folder is given to the employee. Champions does not record data, but provides a very general aggregated picture to company in terms of risk factors on elevated parameters.
There is no reason to come to your health check fasting. Your cholesterol levels take longer to be affected. Your triglycerides may be slightly affected if you eat a large meal before the test, but will not affect your test result significantly.
Remember to drink plenty of fluids up to, so that you are not completely dehydrated for the body scan. And avoid tights, as the scanner requires bare feet.
If you have been prevented from making your appointment, you are welcome to reschedule your appointment - you can do this in the email you receive from Champions confirming your booking; which contains a link to do this.
