The quick health check (10 min.) is anonymous and no fitness test is involved.

No personally referable data is stored - only an aggregated report is made from the weeks, that fully follows the latest GDPR rules.

  • Body scanning:

    - Metabolic age

    - BMI

    - Fat percentage

    - Visceral fat

    - Muscle mass

    - Bone mass

    - Fluid balance

    *NB.: Please note that the body scanner needs bare feet, so ie. stocking will result in odd results.

  • We do not store any of your data, all data is delivered to you in your very own booklet.

    We do an aggregated report with non referable data to Rambøll from the weeks. Here we provide an overview of age, gender and if there are any risk factors too high. We fully follow the latest GDPR rules.

This year we do things (a little differently)

This year there are two types of checks available

A health check for employees 45 years+ and a quick health check for employees below the age of 45 years.

We appreciate the great interest in the health checks and your personal health. This year we want our employees aged 45+ to have the opportunity to book a health check. Since we unfortunately cannot offer a health check to everyone, this year we will focus on those who have not had a health check in the past 3 years and are aged 45+, getting the opportunity.
