The running club training is for all levels - where the Champions running instructor will ensure both personal feedback of your running technique and make for a social group session. Every Tuesday 16:15 - in the lobby.

Every Tuesday in your main kitchen 6th/7th floor at 13:15-13:30 We will have a quick session with equal parts of social hygge and strenght mobility.
