While flexibility is about how far your muscles can be pushed, Mobility is about how much control and strength you have within your movement.
For the Office Professional: It’s the antidote to "tech-neck," tight hips, and lower back fatigue.
For the Athlete & Active Mover: It’s the key to injury prevention, better squat depth, and more powerful rotation.
What to Expect:
This is an active, educational workshop where we move with purpose. We will progress through four targeted phases:
Week 1: Full Body Reset – Identifying restrictions and waking up dormant joints.
Week 2: The Power Center (Hips) – Unlocking the tension caused by prolonged sitting to improve lower-body mechanics.
Week 3: Posture & Reach (Spine & Shoulders) – Opening the thoracic spine and stabilizing shoulders for better posture and overhead strength.
Week 4: Total Integration – Connecting the dots with ankle, wrist, and full-body flows to ensure your new range of motion sticks.
This workshop will give you the tools to move better, feel stronger, and more conscious about your body.
