How the health check is carried out:

The health check is carried out by external consultants from the company Champions. All data will be provided to you in your own personal booklet. The health check is 15 min. and will take place one-on-one.

During the check, your blood pressure will be measured, followed by a test to measure cholesterol, and then a body composition analysis using an advanced scale. Once the data has been collected, we will review each parameter and explain what it means for your health.

Individual needs and wishes may be taken into account. For example, if a person has elevated cholesterol, the consultant will advise on how to respond and act to reduce the risks associated with high cholesterol. It may also be that the person is not at risk (based on the measured data) of developing lifestyle-related diseases but would like advice on how to, for example, improve their body fat percentage. In that case, the consultant will also provide guidance tailored to the individual’s situation.

Contents of the health check:

Blood pressure
Cholesterol (total cholesterol, HDL, LDL & triglyceride)

Body scan*:
- Metabolic age
- BMI
- Fat percentage
- Visceral fat rating
- Muscle mass
- Bone mass
- Fluid balance

* Please note that the machine cannot take measurements through tights/pantyhose; the test must be done barefoot.
