All training classes have a new beginner focus in January.
Good to know about the camp
For camp participants we kickstart and finish the weeks on the TANITA scale in our office.
You will receive more information upon signing up.
Weighed in
Make January a month of movement and start feeling your body. We have created a daily 15min. workout rutine - without the need to break a sweat. Join the daily class in our gym or do it yourself at home.
On days where you do not workout we recommend you walk at home 30 minutes (ie after dinner).

First we make our habits - and then our habits make us.
Reset the potential daily urge for snacks by following the camp rules to a stable blood sugar and energy level throughout the day - and see results all ready after 3 weeks.

We reserve 40 spots for the camp to be able to provide you with the best possible product.

Before the 3 weeks kick off in January - we want to challenge you to a body scan where we measure:

- Bone mass

*NB.: Please note that the body scanner needs bare feet, so ie. stocking will result in odd results.

If you join the 3 week 3 kilo camp you can sign the pledge of killing the cake, meaning no snacks or alcohol in January.
On top we challenge you to doing 30 minutes daily of walking/exercising using your body and going to bed 1 hour earlier than normal aiming to sleep at 22 hour the latest.

You can do the camp without doing any of the weekly trainings as long as you join the pledge and go after 3 weeks with better daily routines to make you feel your body better (move, eat, sleep, repeat).

You go to Kay Fiskers Plads 10, HUB 1 - and then head for Section E.
Take the stairs to the first floor you meet called “EM” or the elevator and press “M”.
When you enter the floor you find information regarding dressing rooms and tand can go left to find Champions’ office in the corner, before entering the gym.
You are not alone if you sleep too little.
During the 3 weeks we challenge you to hit bed one hour earlier than normal, or best case sleep around 22:00.
