This training focuses on strengthening the muscles and at the same time getting an all round training where both fitness and functional exercises are included. Join us for a fun power-packed outdoor workout It is recommended to bring a water bottle.

Learn to improve your running - making it both lighter, more efficient and fun! What a Kinder egg every Tuesday in your local area!
Everyone can join - as the focus will be on technique and various interval sessions that can embrace all levels of runners.

Our instructor will organize the session to suit your level. The yoga session will vary slightly from time to time, but will primarily be based on your wishes with elements from yin, vinyasa and flow yoga.
