A 4 week camp that focus on beginners - and getting the training and lifestyle choices in place. The camp is designed to support you and motivate you along the way in a closed group setting.

Beginner camp 4 weeks - the setup

  • 2 weekly training sessions & Lifestyle guidance::

    Learn and get stronger with beginner circuit  training in your own pace.

    • Lifestyle guidance (cholesterol, visceral fat)

    • Body scan before / after

    • Support to create a new habit that supports strength and energy.

    For the Office Professional: It’s the antidote to "tech-neck," tight hips, and lower back fatigue and want a better lifestyle.

    For the Athlete & Active Mover: It’s the key to injury prevention, better health with simple tools.
