The market day offers a variety of fun activities and guidance regarding health and well-being.
There will be different options spanning from injury prevention, quick body scans, challenges, energizers and much more.
2 different health checks this year
This year we have two different health checks. One for those aged 45+ and another health check for those younger than 45 years of age.
Health checks for people aged under 45 years old are fully booked.

This year we do things (a little differently)
This year there are two types of checks available.
A health check for employees 45 years+ and a quick health check for employees below the age of 45 years.
We highly appreciate that those who have had a health check in previous years do not book one this year. In order to give other colleagues the opportunity.
This year we want our employees aged 45+ to have the opportunity to book a health check.
With age, the risk of lifestyle diseases increases, and especially parameters such as type 2 diabetes and elevated cholesterol, the risk is significantly increased with age over 45 compared to younger people.
