What to expect
Book the weekly training and learn to run like a gazelle, train smarter all the while you join colleagues in the local area.
Everyone can participate - as we will focus on technique and improving your overall fitness regardless of gender, age, weight, shape, etc.

The 10 trainings from April 23 will all focus on key cardio sessions that will take your current fitness level into consideration while still improving your running economy and technique in a fun environment at Nuuday & tdcnet.
Your head coach will follow you and develop you through the course and make you ready to be in the best possible shape at the starting line in August.
Along the way you can follow the training program if you need extra running training towards your goal. Talk with your running instructor for more specifics and download the running programs below..

Meetings, kids and other valid excuses are well known and may not limit you from joining the other trainings.
Every training can be joined and will work just as good even if you do not join them all. If you can run at least once pr. week you are not lost! 😊💪

If you want to build a habit of running continuously and manage to always bring out a 5km. steady pace after completion.

This program builds on top of your current level and adds both mileage and speed to take you to another level.
